Jess Edgar was the founder of Photography Night Walks (PNW) and Practice Principle for JE Photo, which was founded in 2008. From 2008 to 2018, Photography Night Walks grew to be a thriving community of artistic endeavour, where casual photographers, enthusiasts and professionals all gather to share the common joy of capturing lifes moments. Originally setup in Melbourne, PNW and JE Photo moved its main base to Perth in 2014, with Jess continuing to travell between both cities for private commissions and hosting scheduled night walks. The historical narrative of tens of thousands of photos taken by herself, clients and fellow night walkers with her artistic influence touching each image, are scattered across the internet.
