The Jean Monnet Module "EU specialized judicial protection", located at the Department of Law of the University of Ferrara, aims at creating an innovative observatory on the protection of EU rights in highly specialized policy fields, focusing in particular on the judicial activities of the EU agencies' Boards of Appeal.
