Jeff offers a flexible approach, where his level of involvement is tailored to the client's specific needs. Jeff can get involved in the detailed work, or he can simply offer suggestions to point a client in the right direction as it begins a project. Jeff has eleven years of experience in the audit practice of a "Big Four" accounting firm and six years of experience in financial reporting leadership roles at two SEC registrants. Jeff has extensive experience in researching technical accounting matters, including matters related to the acquisition and disposal of businesses, consolidation of subsidiaries, equity and cost method accounting, reorganization accounting and fresh start reporting, long-lived asset impairment, segment reporting, earnings per share, revenue recognition, and other matters. Jeff has prepared numerous financial statements, including general-purpose GAAP-basis financial statements for public and private entities and pro forma financial statements for the acquisition and disposal of businesses.
