Jeff Williams started out early on piano, as he grew up listening to his mother teach piano lessons in the house. He later went on to play bass in many bands throughout high school and had the opportunity to perform weekly throughout the New England area. It wasn't until Jeff was 20 that he decided guitar was the instrument for him.Within a year, he began teaching guitar and bass lessons at the same store he took bass lessons when he was starting out. After a couple years, Jeff decided to go back to school and earn a BA in Music with a concentration in Jazz Studies on guitar from Westfield State University. The solid education he received helped him offer more to his students and bands with whom he performed. Jeff has now been teaching for over 10 years.Currently Jeff is gigging and recording with various bands. Over the years he has performed with countless original and cover bands. Jeff currently lives in Boston MA and enjoys performing at festivals, clubs, and functions throughout Northeast.
