Jeffry Lim is a professional photographer with over 25 years of experience covering more than 50 countries for his assignments. He has a strong track record of clients in the oil and gas, industrial and corporate sectors enabling him to develop a diverse photography experience covering the sea, air & land including handling extreme outdoor conditions. A seasonal global trekker with a regional hub based in Malaysia, he speaks multi-lingual and is very familiar with the Asian market landscape. He has worked for some of the top Forbes 500 companies.His key strength is majoring in aerial, industrial, offshore and marine photography, making him one of the most sought after specialists in this field.His marine photography experiences range from marine engineering to ship building while his offshore photography experiences cover a holistic process ranging from capturing shots of onshore refineries, setting up offshore platform in the shallow water and deep sea, oil exploration, construction, oil drilling, well test, platform construction, production to project commissioning.On the aerial photography front, he holds over 300 flying hours on both large and small helicopters and plane for various assignments. He has a good understanding on how drones, planes and helicopters operate and communicate on air effectively.Aside, he has also successfully produced numerous pictorial book projects which include the Petronas Trans Himalayas, Petronas South Asia Expedition and Petronas Euroasia. His recent photo book entitled ‘Aspiring New Zealand' has won over 13 global photography and book awards.In the past, he has also worked with several documentary and media companies such as the National Geographic Channel, National Geographic Traveler, Discovery Channel and Associate Press (AP) for their broadcast and print editorial coverage.
