is a movement based studio servicing the greater Green Bay area. Our studio is located on Historic Main Ave in West De Pere and offers an eclectic mix of inspiring classes with certified hands-on instructors! We offer a variety of weekly classes from Vinyasa-based Yoga (Beginner Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yin Yoga, Slow Flow and heated/non-heated Vinyasa Flow) to Dance movement for Adults, Belly Dance, and our ever popular Ballet-inspired, body transforming Barre classes. In addition, we offer informative wellness workshops and occasionally offer specialty classes like Mommy + Me Yoga, Kids Summer Yoga, and Restorative Candlelight Yoga. Jenstar is known for it's positive community involvement throughout the Green Bay area.
