Featuring Chief Cantor Chaim Adler, conductor Eli Jaffe with the Jerusalem Great Synagogue Choir backed by musical arranger Raymond Goldstein, the Jerusalem Great Synagogue offers the ultimate in synagogue experience.The sanctuary accommodates 1,400 in premium seating – each location offering an unobstructed view and enjoyable listening due to perfect acoustics. The large hall is bathed in light filtered through world-class stained glass during the day and is lit by a dazzling chandelier weighing over three tons.Services are scheduled daily and complimentary tours are offered during the week by reservation. Donations are welcome, as the annual budget is around $1,000,000 per year. The Great Synagogue receives no public funding.
