Jess's Messes was created by Jess Barrowclough in 2010, finally becoming a registered company in September 2014.Growing up, Jess was a very picky person with her eating – everything was always described as a bit ‘pastry', simply meaning she found many foods a bit bland and lacklustre.Then Jess discovered flavour… After gaining a degree in Hospitality Management with Culinary Arts and many years experience in the food service industry in the kitchen and front of house, Jess created Jess's Messes to share her passion for flavoursome food with the world. Based in Lancaster, Jess's Messes provides food items and cookbooks to purchase, catering services and access to free recipes on the Jess's Messes Blog. Jess's Messes promises to provide you with a first class flavour experience, tailoring menus to your specific needs with service that is second to none.We look forward to working with you to share our passion for flavour.
