JewelPerch (now merged with BaubleBox), is an online social shopping community that digitizes the direct sales model via social networks. JewelPerch features a portfolio of fashion jewelry that users can promote on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest to earn cash rewards ("Perch Points") with every sale. Perch Points can be redeemed for merchandise, donations to charities or withdrawn as cash. The business was a semi-finalist in the Harvard Business Plan competition, a start-up in residence at the Harvard Innovation Lab, and a finalist in the Mass Challenge incubator program.
