Chef Jan Schlimme is adept at all aspects of food and cooking.Jan has a solid educational foundation and a high passion for the culinary arts. He has been passionate about food and cooking his whole life. He likes to invest his spare time in reading cookbooks which leads to experimenting with new dishes.As a driven individual who wants to progress in the culinary world, Jan is looking to share some of his advice on trusting ingredients and the best cooking tips he learned.Currently operating at The Marketplace at Villa Angela, Villamonte, Bacolod City, Philippines.
