My services provide a shift away from a traditional recruitment agency in favour of a more strategic partnership with an experienced recruiter who works with your business to effectively recruit with speed and cost-efficiency. My clients are small and medium sized businesses who do not have a designated Recruitment or HR team or the capacity to commit to the recruitment process. In essence, I act as an in-house recruiter as and when you need me, thus relieving stakeholders of any pain associated with the workload that recruitment can bring. Working in partnership with stakeholders, I offer an energetic and consultative approach that is tailored to each client's specific needs, whether it's a full end-to-end piece of recruitment or managing the administration associated with posting a vacancy and managing the response in a professional and timely manner and formulating a shortlist. Each hour is tracked which ensures transparency, flexibility and cost efficiency.
