Jilux was founded in 2013 as a creative agency to operate in AV and music production fields internationally (plus some web services and graphic creation projects). International projects, like the documentary series Lifetime Deal, has been our main focus for the past few years. In addition we provide services for recovering mental care patients and recovering addicts in form of song creation workshops and music production therapy. During the years the main partners in this field was HUS, Kellokosken Sairaala and Pelastakaa Lapset ry, along with social care services from multiple cities. The crative/music therapy has been identified as a valid treatment to support motivated patients, especially for people in low self esteem situations (such as recovering mental health patients and recovering addicts). We focus on people with unharnessed skills in creative arts and try to induce the potential identified in participating individuals. Results have been staggering and more research and data collection is needed to find scientific validation, but we think it's doable and a new research paper on the subject from the science community is expected.
