We will travel to where the "Old Homes" are - from Pasadena to the ocean. Over the years we have sold many houses rich in LA history including: the only "Green and Green" home left in Los Angeles on Cambridge, The Original Von's (The Supermarket) family home on South Kenwood, the Bullocks Mansion on S. Hobart, Harry Belafonte's old home on S. Victoria, an early 5000 square foot Paul William's Colonial on W. 21st St., several of the early "mediterranean" homes designed and built by L.A. Smith., the Abbott Kinney Craftsman on W. 24th St., the Workman family home, a fabulous colonial on Gramercy Park, several Rupenthal bungalows on W 30th St, plus many craftsman homes designed by Frank Tyler, and many others of note.JWR offers free tours of the Historic West Adams neighborhoods, and has a wealth of knowledge we pass on to interested buyers. Our property management division, Legacy Asset Management specializes in leasing historic homes, apartments and commercial buildings.
