Restaurants - Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
Nestled in the leafy streets of Sydney's Potts Point, Jimmy Liks is a seductively lit South East Asian eatery, wine bar and cocktail bar. Over ten years it has become a Sydney classic, an iconic Potts Point venue for those who know. The dining room features three Jarrah communal long tables, serving up dangerously intense shared dishes inspired by the street hawker food of south east asia. Whilst the bar, recently revisited by its original architect, Matthew Darwon, is a mix of Japanese inspired tall tables and a new lounge dining space; perfect for both a quick drink or leisurely adventure in food. Headed up by owner, Justin Maloney, the Jimmy Liks team is young energetic and friendly; they enjoy providing relaxed and appropriately understated, yet sophisticated dining. Jimmy's is open 7 evenings a week and for our hawker lunches on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
