The quality of traditional education, within sports and schools, is often insufficient. Almost every adult that works with children is well qualified and has the right intentions, yet their teaching doesn't set the children up for life. How is this possible?This is because the default approach is (often unconsciously) centered around the adult instead of the child.This results in passive children, who develop one-sided and focus on external factors such as status and money. My approach leads to proactive children, who are intrinsically motivated, enjoy the process, are empowered and more creative. This results in a healthier and more pleasant life. We need to set up the children for the life they want. Our education should cater to that. How can we create the ideal educational environments for every child? That's the question I like to ask.
