JK Design is a specialist producer of sheet metal components and assemblies with a reputation you can trust. Growing from a sub-contract simple component manufacturer, to establishing itself as a company that offers design concept, development and prototyping, right through to fabrication and assembly, the business has expanded to include its own product range. We provide a high quality product to a wide range of industrial markets internationally, including computing & electronics, food/drink handling systems, industrial machinery and refrigeration, rolling stock, renewable energies, gaming and coin-op and retail. We have an exceptionally well equipped facility that enables us to provide a turn-key service to our clients including laser cutting, CNC punching, folding, spot welding, MIG/TIG welding, studding, powder coating AND wet spraying. We process a wide variety of raw materials including sheet steel, bar, expanded metal, perforated steel, coated steel, hollow section and tube. Batch sizes vary from less than 10 to tens of thousands. We pride ourselves in not only supplying our customers with products to a high standard, but in being able to offer an exceptional level of flexibility regarding lead times.
