Hare Associates has been instrumental in acting as a driving force for project managing, entitling and permitting complex and involved projects. We act as permitting project managers that govern the entire permitting scope of work delineated by the client. We work on projects of varying caliber: from Master Planned Communities, to permitting the full campus of a university, to Mixed Use projects, to retail centers and tenant improvements to Multi Family and Single Family Housing. We have worked on compressed schedules associated with affordable housing and strained schedules of apartments and custom homes, we have the staff and experience to handle any type of project.
