am a freelance Virtual Administration who specialises in minute taking and email/diary management.My name is Jennie Coleman and I am the owner of JLC Admin Solutions, which I started just over one year ago. As a Virtual Assistant I offer a wide range of administrative support to business. The role of a virtual assistant is still not understood in many companies. Our role at JLC Admin Solutions is to offer assistance, for example, if you are finding you never have enough hours in the day and are snowed under with all the paperwork when you should be out on site or in meetings generating more business? You may not need a full time secretary, just help during busy times of the year or to cover holidays. JLC Admin Solutions can help for however many hours you need on a temporary or permanent basis.Since opening the business just over two year ago we have carried out many jobs for various companies. We specialise in transcription work, mostly within the surveying sector and have a group of experienced and professional typists to complete the work in a timely and accurate manner.
