We are a group of experienced entrepreneurs and managers with access to capital. We seek to partner with business owners interested in a potential exit, but that would like to see their business continue to grow and remain involved in some capacity. We are not a fund but rather an independent sponsor that brings together our capital, management teams, and financial partners interested in long term growth. He/she wants to diversify their net worth and retain a large equity stake and control.
