JMT HR Consulting Ltd is a team of highly experienced senior HR Directors from blue chip Manufacturing, FMCG and Media industries, now helping businesses large and small on a consultancy or interim management basis.Founded in 2012 by Julie Thorburn and joined in 2015 by Alan Thorburn, our directors have broad experience of managing HR at all levels and have held leadership positions in GKN Aerospace, SCA Hygiene Products Ltd, Schneider Electric Ltd and Trinity Mirror Plc. We offer senior level skills and expertise across the full range of HR issues, with particular emphasis on delivering business change projects, restructures, M&A and TUPE, Employee Relations and Reward issues, as well as dealing with complex or senior level individual cases. Typically we will work with MDs and senior management teams to identify issues and fix what is broken, build what is missing, deliver change hands-on, and coach and develop your people to continue to deliver after.
