A lot of people including our friends and colleagues lost their jobs due to the Current Covid-19 situation. It's not their fault and neither it's the fault of the companies they were working for. Now more than ever, companies, be it a start-up or an MNC, everyone requires a highly skilled & competent workforce. The current education system & HR firms have overlooked this problem to a great extent. To solve this problem we came up with the idea of JobSpri. JobSpri is an Education cum HR tech startup with a strong social impact on society. Now how do we do that? We train the aspiring candidates in their area of interest and help them with the placements in their desired companies that are hiring for that particular role. Thus with this approach, the companies will get motivated, loyal, competent, trained & job-ready employees. Unemployment is at all-time high and opportunities are scarce, people really need to upskill & update themselves to sustain themselves in their respective industries. JobSpri is on the mission to make everybody job-ready, and unlike other companies and institutes, we don't charge anything to the aspiring candidates, neither for training nor for placements. We are here to help people & society to upskill themselves & lead a decent professional and personal life.
