Originally banker by profession and a graduate in Business Administration for Controlling and Information Management, I have gained more than 15 years of professional and industry experience in Business and IT-Consulting. After various stages at reputable consulting companies in Germany I have been working as a Freelance Senior Consultant, Business Analyst and Project Manager since 2011.My background has a strong emphasis on Payments and Cash Management. I focus mainly on the various aspects of the customer-bank interface, whether in the field of electronic communication methods such as EBICS and SWIFT or topics related to internet or mobile banking. Because of my varied project history I gained both experience with mainframe-based applications as well as the latest Web and Internet technologies.In my role as an IT-Consultant and Business Analyst I develop solutions and work on technical specifications which consider market and client requirements. My professional and technical background allows me to act as an interface between business and IT and to meet both sides on an equal footing. I cover the entire value chain of a project and support in most areas of the software development lifecycle including test, acceptance and Go-live. Besides traditional waterfall approaches, I prefer working in an iterative or agile environment, e.g. as a Scrum Product Owner.My key strengths are analytical thinking, strong visualization and well-founded methodological skills, which I constantly expand through further training and certifications. I have strong work ethics and am committed to objectives and agreements towards clients and colleagues. I bring in a high quality awareness and see myself in principle as a service provider.
