Economic development is a common phrase that most people understand but the work we are doing here is far more specific. Our mission is to spur economic development in Johnson County, for the benefits of its residents, businesses, and capital investments. So we decided to rebrand KBJ, including a name change, to give you a better understanding of exactly what we do, how we do it, and the plans we have for Johnson County in the future. We proudly present JOCO First, Wyoming's crossroads of economic development. We want the residents of Johnson County to know that we are working for them first. We also want to inspire businesses looking to expand or relocate to Wyoming to consider Johnson County first. We think our new name says it best.
