John Bodley-Scott Architect is an eight strong architectural practice, established in 2007 and based in Beckenham in South East London.\\We design highly detailed sustainable modern buildings and spaces in the healthcare, residential, retail and older adults sectors. We aim to create the best quality built environment for our clients within the programme and budget parameters set. \\Our team of architects and administrative staff are fully committed to achieving high standards in design and professional practice. Our clients include NHS Foundation Trusts, charitable organisations, retailers, restaurateurs and individual private clients. Our completed projects to date range from fast track refurbishments of existing hospital buildings, extensions to residential homes and alterations to private dwellings and retail premises. \\We are passionate about all aspects of the design and construction process and we pride ourselves in keeping up to date with the fast pace of change in the construction industry and in the economic climate in which we work.
