JoinTheLeaders (previously known as Korean-Canadian Leadership Development Committee) is a registered non-profit and non-partisan organization that promotes the national network of Korean young professionals in North America. The organization strives to become the hub between other fellow Korean organizations in North America and further in South Korea. Currently, we are officially sponsored by Overseas Koreans Foundation, an affiliation of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Republic of Korea.JoinTheLeaders(캐나다 한인 리더십 계발 위원회)는 캐나다 및 북미의 젊은 직장인들의 네트워크를 형성하는데 힘쓰는 비영리 단체입니다. 위원회는 미국과 캐나다 전역의 여러 단체, 그리고 한국의 단체들사이의 연결고리가 되는 그룹이 되려고 노력하고 있습니다. 저희는 캐나다 한인 공동체들의 상호협력을 이끌어낼 수 있고 잠재력이 풍부한 젊은 한인 리더들을 발굴하여, 성장하는데 도움과 기회를 제공하는것이 주 목적입니다. 위원회는 현재 한국 외교 통상부 산하 재외동포재단 (Overseas Koreans Foundation) 의 공식적인 후원을 받고 있습니다.
