Jon Lundberg was first elected to the Tennessee General Assembly in 2006. He represents the First Legislative District (Sullivan County), which includes the cities of Bristol and Kingsport. He serves as chairman of the Civil Justice Committee, and is a member of the Civil Justice subcommittee, Insurance and Banking Committee, Calendar and Rules Committee, and Rules Committee. He is a member of the American Legislative Exchange Council, National Council of State Legislatures, Council of State Governments, and National Council of Insurance Legislators.He is proud to have served the people of Northeast Tennessee in an assembly that has lowered taxes and trimmed the state budget, making Tennessee an even more business-friendly environment.Representative Lundberg now seeks to continue serving the men and women of the region in the State Senate.
