The firm grew out of a relationship between Jones Engineers, L.P. and DBR Engineering Consultants, Inc.Jones/DBR Engineering Company, L.L.C. is certified as a State of Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) and is currently eligible to pursue work as a State of Texas HUB firm.Our collective experience includes a variety of higher education projects including classrooms, laboratories, offices, student housing, performing arts, and various support facilities.This company evolved from a mentor protegé agreement issued by the University of Texas Office of HUB Development.
