The business has advanced itself to suit the needs of its customers by facilitating their heating demands, through our network of expert installers.Originally established in the sixties, three generations of plumbers, electricians and gas engineers has developed the JonesGroup to the business we know today. Our customers are gained through recommendations and referrals from our long standing and valued customer base. From our very humble foundations, our reputation of offering domestic and commercial gas services across Wales with high specification finishes has been the testament to our current success. Kerry Jones, Company Director and Heating Installation Manager, is an expert in all aspects of heating and plumbing. Sam our Office Manager looks after the day to day running of the business. Gemma tends to our business and marketing efforts whilst our customer service manager, Lucy and her team of dedicated advisors, assist and support our customers through the installation process and beyond.JonesGroup aim is to provide a high quality, value for money heating services for all.
