For decades Jong Nederland Limburg (Young Netherlands Limburg) is a vibrant and contemporary organization, in a beautiful, most southern privince of the Netherlands. About 1,500 volunteers are committed to young teens in 42 local departments from the town, village or district. More than 5000 children meet weekly in the local clubhouse of the sections together. The goal of JNL and its departments to youngsters in their leisure time in groups, is to offer varied opportunities for play. All teens are welcome. JNL will give youth an unforgettable experience which they can draw throughout their lives. Together activities are undertaken that address the experiences of the individual age. These activities challenge, stimulate and contribute to the development of youth. It focuses on the three pillars of JNL: Nature Experience, Sports & Games and Creativity. Jong Nederland Limburg is an umbrella organization for the 42 departments in Limburg. Safeguarding and promoting the quality of the work of the departments is the core of JNL. It does this by organizing member activities for all ages, by offering courses and training programs (professional development), through support in many areas and by maintaining a strong bond with the field.
