Wherever I am working I'm always looking for the smallest details that tell more than they seem to at first. Small things that are often ignored or overlooked tend to play a huge part in my work. Almost nobody sees these small details conciously, but everyone will recognize them once showed. I collect them on paper and this way give them the space they need to let them tell their story clearly.Whether it is the characteristics of a festival, a durability program on the other side of the world, or a whole ecosytem in the middle of a city; I will submerge myself in my new surroundings and look further than it's surface to put them on paper.
