Businesses, like rental, in the circular economy face new challenges and increased complexity, but also have the potential to reshape our economy. Many businesses in the shared and rental space are struggling with the complexity and lack of information in the circular economy and also the technology and employee best practices to drive their business. Our team helps businesses to better understand complex business models and the circular economy enabling them to utilize the power of the change to grow their business and continue to build profits.I started sweeping cobwebs, washing equipment, and putting together candelabra (when that was cool) as a teenager, but didn't stop there. Over the last 20+ years, I've had the opportunity to run one of the fastest growing rental companies in the country (4x Inc. Magazine - Inc. 5000 winner). In addition, I've spent time at a national rental company, taken multiple state and national roles with the rental association, consult with local rental companies, worked as a software vendor with companies worldwide, and support the industry through better data at multiple organizations. I'm also a frequent contributor and speaker for industry publications and events. While the opportunity is exciting, it is also painful and risky. The list is too long to accomplish today and there is too little data out there to support you. You focus on the most important, but know other challenges are looming. There is untapped potential, but trial and error is messy. I know that pain well. It is exhilarating. The DNA to achieve greatness exists in all people, teams, and companies, but it needs to be unlocked. There is opportunity to make an impact, and it starts with helping other people, teams, and companies unlock their greatness and understand the potential in the shared economy. What makes your team great? Let's work together! Our team would love to be on the journey as you find out.
