The Jotun Group is organised into four segments and seven geographical regions, and has its head office in Sandefjord, Norway\\Seeing a promising market for paints and coatings in South East Asia and Pacific, Jotun Thailand, the first Jotun manufacturing company in Asia, was established in 1968 and 10 years later, Corro-Coat Thailand opened, and became Jotun's first powder coating factory outside Norway. Rapid economic development in the region led to new companies and factories in Singapore (1975), Malaysia (1984), Indonesia (1996), Vietnam (1997), Philippines and Myanmar (2017). \\The Regional HQ is based in Malaysia where regional functions e.g. R&D laboratory, Marketing, HR, Purchasing, IT etc. are located. Jotun has continued its success as a fast growing paint company, and today, the region consists of operations in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Cambodia, Philippines, and Myanmar employing more than 2,300 people.
