Joyfields Institute standardized Evidence-based & Strength-centered programs and supports training and performance evaluation through its workshops, conferences and webcasts. Later it created the community for professionals committed to the evidence based movement, EBP Society. In 2015 the institute introduced EvalMeasures Software, an enterprise class database management system to help professionals gather, evaluate and report data to sustain work they do. Major Purpose: Learn, do, share "What Works" Mission Statement: To help customers acquire and apply skills for producing desired outcomes. We do this by helping customers efficiently build capacity for applying evidence-based and strength-centered approaches in their work. We have proudly served over 1000 public and private agencies from all 50 US states and 15 countries.
