Joyga: noun - joyful connection Hi! My name is Heather and I started Joyga as a way to share my practice, knowledge and teachings with you! I've been teaching yoga for 10 years and I specialize in yoga for children. With my background in Early Childhood Education, I provide learning experiences that are developmentally appropriate and engaging. The word 'yoga' has many interpretations, but one of the most common translations is 'union.' I bring the tools of yoga to the children, teens and adults to support union (joyful connections) in our community.
