As I enter the 6th year into my own business ventures, I have found my "niche". My company (and joint company JRPG Hospitality Consulting, LLC, and Horwath HTL), tend to trouble-shoot for ownership groups and asset management groups, in Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management. JRPG's affiliation with Horwath HTL provides the foundation for working on larger, multi-property assignments and leverages the braintrust of Julie Reigle and Pam Grayboff.JR Hospitality Consulting, LLC, based in Scottsdale, AZ, currently works with various long term clients, including several in Mexico. JR HC provides services for temporary staffing, in sales management, including: Sales Managers, Catering Sales Managers, Directors of Catering, Directors of Group Sales, and Directors of Sales and Marketing, and off-premise/remote Revenue Management services.In addition, JR Hospitality Consulting can provide services related to web site process management. These services include serving as the point person for all communications and the conduit between the web company and hotel/management company. JR HC has completed 5 projects and has 2 in motion. Other services include photography selection, including stock photos, complete copy writing and editing, design input, SEO/Keyword input and multiple test phases. JR HC takes the heavy lifting off the on-site hotel personnel to keep them focused on selling and business, and provides the expertise to deliver quality web sites.
