Founded in 2007, JRG Reinsurance Company Ltd. is the Bermuda based reinsurance company subsidiary of James River Group Holdings Ltd. JRG Re enables James River Group Holdings Ltd. to retain more of the risk currently underwritten by the US subsidiaries and diversify its portfolio in pursuit of third party reinsurance business.
