We specialize in building high accuracy models that match your plans and will give you a Digital Construction Model (DCM) that you can rely on in the field. This comes from our experience in building large and small Highway, Subdivision, Commercial, Railroad, Trenching, Foundation and BIM Digital Construction Models. You will also be provided with a PDF plot that can be printed out and shows what your Background Map will look like. If errors or contradictions in the plans are found, we will identify them in your model and return the marked-up plans back to you, so you can address them as you see fit. We can quickly turnaround most GPS Machine Control Models, once we have the following from you: 1) A localized CAD file(s) and 2) The latest PDF of the Civil and or Architectural drawings being used for the project. (for Highway Projects please provide your project's Alignment Chain and Cross Section Drawings). JSDD can also provide your project's As built and BIM if needed.We work in and can export to all formats including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble, Topcon, Leica, and can work with MicroStation and other formats.
