We work with Small Businesses in North Texas to increase revenue through Direct Marketing provided by School Fundraising. We are introducing a new "Concept" Grant this School Year titled The Student Entrepreneurial Grant. Student Entrepreneurial Grant (SEG) Program1 Top Selling Student Per School Will be invited to create a Business plan5 Essay Top Picks Per School(SEG) ASSIGNMENT GUIDELINES ASSIGNMENT DEADLINE, 6 WEEKS Qualifying students will be required to Create Their own Business Plan, Budget, and Sales Pitch using a team of no more than 3 of their peers. GUIDELINES / RULES • 6-week completion deadline • Must have a written business plan that meets the requirements below • Must Contain a Start-up Budget • Must be presented as a Sales pitch minimum 10 minutes. Maximum 30 minutes Business plan Requirements: • Must be a unique Business Model • Must contain at least 1 Product • Must Contain at least 1 Service • Must Benefit the service industry in 1 or more ways. • Must Contain A Startup Budget with Cited Pricing • Must cite all parties involved in creating this Plan • Must be a Plausible / Sustainable Business Model • Must Have a Copy for each judge (3 total) • Written Plans may not exceed 15 pages and must be a minimum of 4 pages long not including the cover page
