The Judy Nelson Foundation's mission is to remove the barriers to education for single mothers. Our fundraising efforts will go towards educational costs or after-school programs to enable single mothers to achieve their educational goals.Once we reach our fundraising goal, we will begin searching for candidates for our first sponsorship. Our first chapter will be our Kansas City chapter and the candidates will be sourced from the local area. Upon successful launch of the Kansas City chapter, we will expand our impact by creating new chapters across the US and Canada.
