Hi, my name is Julia and I teach yoga, laughter and meditation. I am specialised in yoga for low back pain and stress reduction. Did you know that mental health issues like stress and depression increase the risk for low back pain by 3x? Vice versa, low back pain that becomes chronic often causes mental health problems. Medical studies have shown that mindfulness and movement can hugely improve low back pain. That's why yoga is ideal - but you need a specialised teacher who knows which movements to promote and which to avoid.
