Julia is a professional artist who specializes in Original Watercolor, Acrylic and Oil Paintings. \\ Her favorite subjects to paint are informal portraits of children and adults, catching them, doing what they do naturally, with strong contrasts in lighting and vibrant color. Subjects bathed in sunlight, casting shadows and creating visual drama, coupled with solid composition are what stimulates the 'AHA!' moment and is the major force of inspiration for her to paint the them.\\She favors the Medium of Watercolor, but also enjoys working in Oil, and just recently, Pastel and Mixed Media. In the past, she has bedazzled Furniture pieces and Walls as well, having done Custom Murals for private homeowners and retail business owners. She enjoys working with those that commission her work, and works diligently, until the customer is completely satisfied with the finished product.\\She currently sells her Paintings and Limited Edition Giclee' prints off of her website, where, in addition, sells an assortment of boxed sets of Blank Greeting Cards, with her original images. She has also created Boxed Sets from the favorite images of her clients. \\Painting is her passion, and can't even imagine her life without it.
