JUNA Consulting was founded by Julianna Cantwell in 2007. Her passion for training design, facilitation, human resources and communications along with her entrepreneurial spirit inspired her to start a business where she could help organizations achieve success through their people practices.JUNA stands for "Julianna and her Network of Associates" which gives credit to Julianna's network of colleagues that have supported her business growth through associate relationships and word-of-mouth referrals. A strong network of trusted colleagues and clients is a foundational piece of JUNA's business strategy to this day.We offer the following....HR Advising Services - clients who choose our HR Advising services typically have an ongoing contract with JUNA to provide support on human resource matters. We are trusted business advisors to our clients and we support them through large initiatives and minor questions. HR Consulting Services - consulting services are provided to clients seeking expertise on a project basis. We develop and execute a work plan designed to meet our client's project objectives and deliver a product that integrates with other programs and initiatives. Training Design & Facilitation - JUNA provides training design services for clients seeking a customized workshop or we can draw from previously developed course materials. We deliver and facilitate our own materials and we partner with firms such as Global Knowledge and DDI to deliver theirs. We also provide facilitation of retreats, team building and planning sessions.
