Web Development studio with a Culture of Learning. We're re-imagining our company as a learning institution. We have company-wide dialogues about books we read. We take online-courses together. Every week, each one of us chooses a "learning priority".We manage our "rules" publicly on Github [https://github.com/thejunto/handbook], everyone can contribute and change them. The Handbook includes everything from how to facilitate a dialogue to how many vacation days we can take (as many as we want).We've done work for clients in the US, Chile, and Guatemala, including UFM, EdTech Action (Austin's leading EdTech accelerator), Acton Academy and many others.
