A number of years ago I was called to account in an Industrial Relations court due to an employees belief that I had dismissed her unfairly. We were found to have no case to answer, and the judgement turned on our ability to show documented proof that process had been followed and all actions taken were justified and fully documented. And, as a bonus, because we had full documentation we reduced our legal costs.Since that time, in part due to legislation, our increasing litigious nature and the need to show due process has been followed is crucial. Finally to demonstrate that all actions regarding employees are fully documented, has become even more critical.simplyHR has been designed to provide a software platform for managers and business owners to quickly document all actions taken in solving and managing employee related issues that arise in a company. simplyHR requires minimal effort to maintain on a daily or as required basis.From a quick notation against an employees file through to the process of managing a Grievance simplyHR is quick and simple to use.
