For everyone else, mindfulness is a technique that can bring balance into our lives, after all we don't have to wait until we are ill, before we start to look after our mental health. Just Breathe Solutions offers alternative ways to work with your mind and emotions, challenging thinking, encouraging authentic reflection and changing the way you show up in life. The truth is that science is only just catching up, but so far the field of neuroscience is showing that we can rewire our brains and alter our emotional approach.
