Over the last seven years the number of properties under management has grown through recommendations and word of mouth by delivering a uniquely hands on management and tenant finding service at a very competitive rate (5% & 4% respectively + VAT). There is no mark up on any invoices so the invoices we receive are the invoices you see and we pride ourselves on providing a personal and professional service which encourages a good working relationship with everyone's best interest at heart.We are a local independent company purposefully managing properties within a close radius of our office in SW11 to further enable our hands on service to save landlords unnecessary expenses and provide same day responses to maintenance issues or viewing requests. We currently support landlords from all over the world who own properties in Battersea, Clapham, Lambeth, Brixton, Wandsworth, Putney, Fulham, Chelsea and Kensington.We are a small passionate team with many years of experience in Property Management with a valuable reputation to uphold.
