We are a real-estate developer, we focus on buying old houses and rehabbing them to match the neighborhood. We do this by purchasing mostly single family houses at the various auctions in San Diego County, and using a sub contractor to do all our contracting work. We manage this process very closely as time to market is our foremost metric, once the subs are done, we are ready to put the house on the market and sell the property. We have been busy over the last year and look forward to a even busier in 2011.
