Yet our mission is focused, logical and disciplined. We look for out-of-favor stocks that trade at discounts to their long term average Price/Earnings multiples. Our goal for any stock we select is a 50% return potential within a typical two to three-year holding period.J.W. Millegan carefully screens stocks with these distinct criteria:Fundamental AnalysisWe deeply scrutinize earnings cycles, P/E ratios, and total debt to assure that a company's stock is fundamentally sound.Technical AnalysisWe look for support levels, resistance levels, and breakout areas – investigating reasons for historic growth and decline, and potential for the future.Psychological AnalysisWe search for stocks that traditional analysts have given up on. Out-of-favor stocks often mean an improved cost basis for our customers. Mr. Millegan and his staff personally determine the stocks and bonds to be purchased for your accounts, and how much will be spent on each position. Additionally, we diversify accounts by identifying stocks in different industries and investment styles. We classify stocks into three distinct investment style categories; Traditional, Global Franchise and Dynamic Growth.Once a stock has been identified as acceptable and a position approved for purchase, a clear and precise buy and sell point is established. When the stock hits the sell target it is sold.
