JZY Plastic Mould Limited was founded in 2003,located in ChangAn Town, dongguan City,China. Has a more than 2000 square meters plant and more than 60 elite workers, has become one of the leading custom injection mould maker and molding parts through many years development. We have been approved as ISO9001:2008, ISO13485:2003 and ISO14000 Certifications. JZY provides one-stop service, from design, sample making, mold making and injection molding to delivery. Our engineer team have 10 workers, Engineer Manager Mr Jack Li has 15 years work experience always provides some reasonable production suggestion and design that help customers save cost. Our sales team update production progress weekly, , so that the customers can know their project better. Mold maker Manager Mr Jason Chen has 20 years work experience. All the molds can be completed timely with high quality. Injection molding department has total 20 injection molding machines from 80 ton to 1000 ton, the brand is Toyo, Haitian, KM, that can produce micro-parts and large parts. We also have clean workshop for medical parts and food package. QC Department has CMM, Two dimensional measuring instrument and Plastic material RoHs tester. QC team check the plastic parts regular for mass production and make sure the parts with good quality to meet customer's requirement. Our parts involve automobile, household appliances, electronic communication, package, furniture, lighting, medical and so on. Most of molds and plastic parts exported to Europe, America and Japan.
