About Kaapse brouwers: Kaapse brouwers is a craft brewery established in Rotterdam in 2014 that strives to make the best Rotterdam beer in the world. It operates two locations, the Kaapse Kaap and the Kaapse Maria. The Kaapse Kaap is located in the fresh, local food market setting of the Fenix Food Factory, Katendrecht, and doubles up as a bottle shop. The Kaapse Maria is situated in an historic building in the city centre and serves simple and surprising dishes meant to be shared. Kaapse beer can be found in various bars, restaurants, and supermarkets in Rotterdam. Kaapse Brouwers has been voted 6 times ‘Best Brewpub' in the Netherlands on Ratebeer.
